Tamara Khudaverdyan – since 2015 Ms. Khudaverdyan has started to provide financial services to the Institute of Public Policy NGO, responsible for financial and tax reporting, payroll, bank reconciliation and registration of day-to-day transactions. Since 2009 she has been working as a Chief Accountant at Civil Society Institute NGO. She has financial management and reporting experience with funds from Open Society Foundations, OSCE, World Vision, Norwegian Helsinki Committee, Transparency International, UNICEF, UNHCR and the European Commission. Previously she worked at Armenian Software Ltd for two years as an engineer-economist. During accounting software maintenance (teaching accountants to work with the program, clarification and troubleshooting did over the phone or by visits, description of new options and changes) she obtained strong working skills with the software. She generates separate automated accounting and tracking processes for each project expenses and promptly handles several different projects concurrently. She attends “Tax legislation and tax accounting, news and clarification” monthly seminars at Economics and Law Center. She received a certificate from the Gateway to Grant Certification Program for Finance and Project Managers organized by World Vision Armenia in 2011. Ms. Khudaverdyan has an MA in Physics from the Yerevan State University.
